Q. “Can anyone join your Elite Coaching Program?”
A. Yes, anyone can join as long as space is available. Enrollment is limited so that I can ensure that everyone gets the dedicated attention they deserve and need in order to succeed.
Q. “How is your Coaching Program Structured?”
A. There are 3 groups to choose from based on your budget and individual needs:
1. Mastermind
2. Platinum
3. Gold
You will receive the best of me and my staff within each group. With my number one goal being to make you better and getting you paid, we will regularly go over past results, future plans, problems, systems, heat of the battle calls, etc. These groups are my way of developing a close relationship with you without being physically present all the time. If you have somebody pushing you and keeping you accountable you will get there a lot faster. If you don’t have someone there then there is a real chance that you will not get there at all.
Q. “Can I be a coaching student while working a regular 9 to 5 job?”
A. Yes, you should be able to continue working a day job while enrolled in the Elite Coaching Program. However, it is your personal preference whether you want to use what you learn in the program to replace your current income or to create an additional income stream. Either way, you will need to be prepared to manage your time wisely.
Q. “How quickly can I expect to earn my first check?”
A. Getting you to your first check is my number one goal. While every student and situation is unique, most of my coaching students complete their first deal and receive their first check within 90 days of being accepted into the Elite Coaching Program.
Q. “Why do I feel afraid to get into this Real Estate Business?
A. Most people are afraid of new things, and that’s ok. I know I was afraid when I first started in this business. It is like learning a new language multiplied 100 because you don’t know what lies ahead. Fear is overcome with faith, action, evaluation and proper guidance. The first two are up to you, I’ll handle the second two items so that you avoid unnecessary risk, and only do the right things.
Q. “Why Should I become a member of your Elite Coaching Program to do this business?”
A. There are so many reasons but I’ll name what I believe is the number one reason: Overcoming Procrastination. Procrastination is the number one dream killer in this business. Real Estate Investing is challenging at first, and the more challenging something is, the more most people seem to procrastinate. I plan to help you break this bad habit by imposing deadlines on you, keeping you accountable, and pushing you forward.
Q. “How can I make time to do this business?”
A. We all have the same amount of time in the day, so saying that you don’t have time is a lame excuse. The fact of the matter is this, in the clock of life you can’t afford not to dedicate time to this business. The primary difference between the rich and the poor is what the rich do with their time. If you take small steps and create and follow systems, you will realize that your time should only be devoted to that which ultimately requires your time to get the job done and create revenue.
Q. “What about the skeptics that say you can’t make money in this market?”
A. Stop listening to people who don’t do this business. There will always be dream stealers. People who can’t succeed on their own don’t want you to succeed as well. Misery loves company. Until you get proof that this business works you’ll have to deal with the skeptics. I want to help you get your first check, the “shut up check,” so the next time a skeptic says you can’t make money in this market you show them the check and say “shut up already, here’s proof that you can.” Then they’ll be begging YOU to teach them.
Q. “What about the people who’ve spent lots of money on other trainings and didn’t get any results?”
A. Spending money on training and implementing that training are two different things. This is why I have the coaching program. You can listen and read other people’s training courses until you are blue in the face, but none of that will help you unless you implement that training. That is what this coaching program is designed to do. I’ll help you implement by taking the right steps. A mentor of mine said it best, “A little bit of movement is better than a boat-load of meditation.”
Q. “What are the major steps that need to be taken to guarantee my success?”
A. This business can be broken down into 5 simple steps that ultimately should be automated as much as possible.
1. Locate Sellers (get the phone to ring by marketing to people that need to sell)
2. Prescreen Sellers (weed through the suspects and work with the prospects)
3. Construct Offers (make your offers based on knowledge of the situation and your potential exit strategies).
4. Get a Commitment (reach an agreement and get the deal in writing)
5. Close Quickly and Get Paid (implement your exit strategy and close with an attorney)
Q. “What about the people who believe you can’t sell houses in this market?”
A. First you have to buy one before you need to worry about selling one. But this is where the coaching comes in. There are multiple exit strategies for you to consider that aren’t covered on CNN. If you will turn off the news and allow me to show you how to creatively and ethically make money in this business then this problem will be solved. Ultimately, if you can make the house easy for someone to buy then you will have little problem getting it sold. But again, first you have to buy it right.

A. Yes, however there are only so many slots available within each group so if you need time to think about it, my only advice is you may want to think quickly.
Q. “What is the cost and commitment on my part?”
A. There is NO upfront cost. There is NO long-term commitment or obligation. You can move up a level, down a level, or cancel at anytime. My only suggestion to you is this, if you are not mentally prepared to at least personally pledge yourself for 6 months in one of my coaching groups then perhaps this isn’t for you. Also, if you have to use your grocery money to pay for your coaching membership then you should probably get your finances in better order before you move forward. This is not a get rich quick business and I don’t have a magic wand. However, with a little bit of time, desire, and education, this is a get rich quicker than other businesses business and I plan to prove it to you.

A. Harnessed the right way, failure breed’s strength and success. Forget about the past and focus on the future. There are numerous reasons why people fail, but you need to learn from people who have been there, who are still there, who will keep you accountable, and who truly want to help you succeed.
